Lesson 4 - Grammar 5 - ‘lequel, laquelle, etc.’ as interrogative pronouns
In lesson 3, grammar 4, we studied the relative pronouns ‘lequel, laquelle, etc.’. The same form also occurs initially as an interrogative pronoun preceded or not by a preposition. It always refers to a specified noun, reiterating its gender and number, and means’which one’.
